Veldi is made by Ferrix Ventures, and a person reads every email. Write to hello@ferrix.ventures for anything: help, a bug, a refund, privacy, or to be told when Veldi launches.
hello@ferrix.ventures — we usually reply within two working days (Monday to Friday, Spanish time).
Please include your Mac's model and macOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened. For a refund or your licence, write from the address you bought with.
Reporting a problem from the app
In Veldi, choose Report a Problem… from the Help menu. It copies a short summary — versions, Mac model and whether Full Disk Access is on, with no file names — and starts an email to us in your own mail app, so you can read everything before you send it. Veldi never sends the report itself.
Privacy requests
To access, export, correct or delete your data, email hello@ferrix.ventures with “Privacy” in the subject. We answer within one month.
